精品论文 参考文献 海扶刀治疗在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用价值探讨 李琼 李琼1 汪钰清2 石晓燕2 　　（1内江市第二人民医院 四川内江 641003） 　　（2内江市妇幼保健院 四川内江 641000） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨及观察海扶刀治疗在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用价值。方法：选取2014年1月～2015年6月于本院进行治疗的60例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象，将其根据随机数字表法分为两组，对照组的30例患者进行常规手术治疗，观察组的30例患者则进行海扶刀治疗，然后将两组患者治疗前和治疗后1个月、3个月及6个月的UFS-QOL量表评估结果及血清激素指标进行比较。结果：治疗前两组患者的UFS-QOL量表评估结果及血清激素指标均无明显差异，P均＞0.05，而治疗后1个月、3个月及6个月观察组的UFS-QOL量表评估结果均高于对照组及本组治疗前，血清激素指标也均高于对照组及本组治疗前，P均＜0.05,两组治疗后1个月、3个月及6个月的评估结果间均有显著性差异。结论：海扶刀治疗在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用价值相对更高，其可更为有效的改善患者的生活质量，对于机体的不良影响控制也相对更好。 　　【关键词】海扶刀治疗；手术治疗；子宫肌瘤；应用价值 　　【中图分类号】R730.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）07-0116-02 　　 Investigation on the application value of HIFU kinfe treatment in the patients with hysteromyoma 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate and observe the application value of HIFU kinfe treatment in the patients with hysteromyoma.Methods 60 patients with hysteromyoma in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research object,and all the patients were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,30 patients in control group were treated with conventional operation treatment,30 patients were treated with HIFU kinfe treatment,then UFS-QOL scale evaluation results and serum hormone indexes of two groups before the treatment and at first,third and sixth month after the treatment were compared. Results The UFS-QOL scale evaluation results and serum hormone indexes of two groups before the treatment all had no obvious differences, all P＞0.05,while the UFS-QOL scale evaluation results of observation group at first,third and sixth month after the treatment were all higher than those of control group and those before the treatment,the serum hormone indexes were all higher than those of control and those before the treatment too,all P＜0.05,the evaluation results of two groups at first,third and sixth month after the treatment all had significant differences.Conclusion The application value of HIFU kinfe treatment
