精品论文 参考文献 牙周-正畸联合治疗牙周炎致前牙移位患者的疗效观察 （重庆市铜梁区中医院 重庆 402560） 　　【摘要】 目的：分析对牙周炎致前牙移位患者施行牙周-正畸联合治疗的疗效，旨在为临床治疗工作提供参考。方法：收集2013年10月～2014年10月间我院口腔科收治的牙周炎至前牙移位的40例患者进行临床研究，所有患者确诊后均接受牙周基础治疗，待其牙周炎症获得控制后，均经针对性的正畸疗法对移位前牙进行治疗，且给予调与牙周护理等处理，消除损伤与炎症，重建咬合关系。观察和记录两组患者治疗前、治疗后的牙周袋探针深度、牙龈指数及临床附着水平等情况，并进行比较分析。结果：经过为期1～2年的治疗后，与治疗前相比，本组患者治疗后的牙周袋探针深度、牙龈指数及临床附着水平均明显优于的治疗前，（P＜0.05）差异存在统计学意义。结论：牙周-正畸联合治疗能够有效控制牙周炎及清除颌创伤，提高牙列的美观性，值得进一步推广。 　　【关键词】 牙周炎；前牙移位；牙周-正畸联合治疗；疗效 　　【中图分类号】R781.4 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）29-0080-02 　　Combination therapy of periodontitis periodontal - orthodontics curative effect observation of patients with anterior tooth displacement 　　【Abstract】Objective To analysis of periodontitis to the periodontal and orthodontic tooth displacement of patients before the curative effect of combined treatment, aims to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods Collected in October 2013 to October 2014 of periodontitis to front teeth admitted in our hospital dental shifts between 40 patients in clinical study, all patients diagnosed periodontal basic treatment, after being its periodontal inflammation control, both by the shift of the orthodontic treatment for anterior teeth of targeted therapy, and give the periodontal care and treatment to eliminate  injury and inflammation, occlusal reconstruction. Observe and record two groups of patients before and after the treatment of periodontal pocket probing depth, gingival index and clinical attachment level, and comparative analysis. Results Ater treatment for 1 ~ 2 years, compared with before treatment, the patients after the treatment of periodontal pocket depth of the probe, gingival index and clinical attachment level were significantly better than the before treatment, (P lt; 0.05) significant differences statistically significant.
