The approach of set-value-map was applied to groups and the concept of power group was firstly presented by Prof. Hongxing Li. In other words, groups are upgraded to their power sets. And so far many valuable results have been obtained. In this paper, hypergroups are upgraded to their power sets. The concept of power group on hypergroup is introduced. There are four parts in this thesis. In the first part, the background and development of power group is summarized. In the second part, the concepts, properties and part of conclusions of power group and hypergroup are introduced. In the third part, on the basis of the theory of power group, the concept of power group on hypergroup is presented. And the characters and structures of power group on hypergroup are discussed, especially the structures of power group on qua
