精品论文 参考文献 甘精胰岛素联合复方甲亢片治疗糖尿病合并甲亢的临床疗效观察 青白江区人民医院 四川成都 610300 【摘 要】目的：探讨甘精胰岛素联合复方甲亢片治疗糖尿病合并甲亢的临床疗效。方法：应用方便抽样法收集2015年3月至2016年2月期间来我科室进行治疗的糖尿病合并甲亢患者76例，按照其具体治疗方式分为观察组和对照组，每组均包含38例患者。观察组患者给予甘精胰岛素联合复方甲亢平进行治疗，对照组患者单纯给予甘精胰岛素进行治疗。结果：两组患者护理前的空腹血糖水平及餐后2h血糖水平比较，差异不存在统计学意义Pgt;0.05；观察组患者护理后的空腹血糖水平及餐后2h血糖水平较之对照组患者均显著较低，二者组间比较差异存在统计学意义Plt;0.05。观察组患者的糖代谢紊乱、甲亢高代谢、低血糖等并发症发生率为2.6%较之对照组患者的13.2%显著较低，二者组间比较差异存在统计学意义Plt;0.05。结论：甘精胰岛素联合甲亢平治疗糖尿病合并甲亢能够取得显著的降糖效果，同时并发症更少，临床治疗安全性更高。 【关键词】甘精胰岛素；复方甲亢片；糖尿病合并甲亢；临床疗效 [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the combination of insulin and insulin in the treatment of diabetes complicated with hyperthyroidism. Methods：The application of random sampling method，collected from March 2015 to February 2016 in our department were 76 diabetic patients with hyperthyroidism treated patients，according to the specific treatment methods are divided into observation group and control group，each group contains 38 patients.
