精品论文 参考文献 留置针三通接头护理缺陷对策的应用分析 杨红英 李纯芬（资阳市人民医院手术室 四川资阳 641301） 【摘要】目的：探讨留置针三通接头护理缺陷对策在临床中应用效果。方法：选取2012年9月应用留置针三通接头的手术患者为对照组，2012年10月应用留置针三通接头的手术患者为观察组，对照组是科室及个人对三通接头了解掌握情况常规使用，观察组是系统学习留置针三通接头护理缺陷对策后使用，观察两组使用过程中留置针三通接头护理缺陷的发生率及病人满意度。结果：观察组的留置针三通接头护理缺陷的发生率明显低于对照组(Plt;0.05)，且病人满意度明显高于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论：留置针三通接头护理缺陷对策在临床中应用，可大大降低留置针三通接头护理缺陷的发生率及提高病人满意度，因此，留置针三通接头护理缺陷对策目标明确、措施得当、效果满意，值得应用借鉴。 【关键词】 留置针三通接头 护理缺陷 对策 分析 【中图分类号】R472 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）04-0112-01 Analysis of application of indwelling needle t-joint nursing countermeasures Yang Hong ying Li Chun fen (Ziyang City, Sichuan Province Peoples Hospital operating room Ziyang 641301) 【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the indwelling needle three pass joint defect of nursing countermeasure in clinical application effect. Methods: From 2012 September through joint operation of indwelling needle in three patients as control group, in 2012 October application of indwelling needle three joint operation patients in observation group, the control group is the Department and individuals on three joint understanding mastery routine use, the observation group is systematic study of indwelling needle three pass joint defect of nursing countermeasures after use, observe two groups in the process of using indwelling needle three pass joint defects of nursing and patient satisfaction rate. Results: the observation group of indwelling needle three pass joint defects of nursing was lower than that of control group (Plt;0.05), and patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that of control group (Plt;0.05).
