精品论文 参考文献 疫苗漏种原因分析 吴志仲 贾勇勇（甘肃崇信县疾病预防控制中心 744200） 【中图分类号】R183【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2012）6-0227-02 【摘要】目的 开展疫苗查漏补种，提高疫苗接种率，达到国家扩大免疫规划接种率95%的指标，评价疫苗接种质量，研究并制定对策，探索和建立新的、更有活力的管理机制，总结经验，及时发现和解决存在的问题，督促落实相关政策，推动全县免疫规划工作可持续发展。方法 根据《2010年甘肃省儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率调查方案》，按照容量比例概率抽样（PPS）法，每年随机抽取全县各乡镇30个行政村360名接种儿童进行入户调查。结果 通过2010年、2011年两年接种率调查发现我县两年接种率分别为：基础免疫为：94.10%，97.32%；加强免疫为：83.36%，79.68%。按照国家扩大免疫规划疫苗接种率指标95%的要求。说明我县还有部分漏种儿童，未建立起有效的免疫屏障。结论 解决疫苗漏种问题不是复杂的难题。而是一项需要社会各界的大力支持及共同努力，统筹安排的社会管理工作。通过疫苗的接种，探索出计免工作的新方法、新机制，建立有效的免疫屏障，降低传染病的发生和流行。 【关键词】疫苗漏种 原因 分析 Leakage reason analysis of vaccine 【Abstract】 objective to develop vaccines leak replanting，improve vaccination rates，reached the national expanded immunization coverage rate of 95% indicators，evaluation of vaccination quality，study and develop countermeasures，and to explore the establishment of a new，more dynamic management mechanism，sum up experience，discover and solve problems，supervise the implementation of relevant policy，drive entire county immune planning sustainable development. Results through 2010，2011 years coverage survey found that my county two years inoculation rates were : basic immunology : 94.10%，97.32%; strengthen the immune : 83.36%，79.68%. According to the national expanded immunization coverage rate indexes of 95% requirements. Description of my county are part of a child，not established effective immune barrier. Conclusion to solve the leakage problem of vaccine is not difficult. But a strong community support and joint efforts，overall arrangement of the work of social management.
