精品论文 参考文献 痔洗药促进大鼠创面愈合与改善创面微循环的实验研究 黑龙江中医药大学 黑龙江 哈尔滨 150040 　　【摘　要】目的：探讨痔洗药对大鼠创面愈合和微循环的影响。方法：大鼠造模后随机分为3组：痔洗药组，高锰酸钾组，混合对照组每组25只，痣洗药组动物右侧创面给痣洗药治疗，左侧创面给等量生理盐水作为对照；高猛酸钾组动物右侧创面给高猛酸钾进行治疗，左侧创面给等量生理盐水作为对照，混合组右侧创面给痣洗药治疗，左侧创面给高猛酸钾治疗，均每日给药两次，间隔10小时，于第3，7，14天测定创面新生肉芽组织成纤维细胞数量和新生毛细血管数量；于第3，7，11，21天测定肉芽组织蛋白质含量。经统计学分析，创面新生肉芽组织成纤维细胞数量、新生毛细血管数量和蛋白质含量痔洗药组优于其他两组（Plt;0.05)。结论：痔洗药能够显著促进大鼠创面愈合，改善创面微循环。 　　【关键词】痔洗药；熏洗；创面；愈合；实验研究 　　Hemorrhoid medicine to promote wound healing in rats and improve the microcirculation of experimental study of the wound 　　CHENG Li-ming，YANG Wei 　　Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine， HAerbin 150040，China；The First Ailiated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine， Heilongjiang 150040，China 　　Abstract: Objective：It is to discuss the wash hemorrhoids medicine on wound healing in rats and the effects of microcirculation.
