精品论文 参考文献 痔疮术后排尿排便困难的个性化护理干预效果研究 黑河市第一人民医院 黑龙江黑河市 164300 【摘 要】目的：对个性化护理痔疮术后排尿排便困难的干预效果进行分析研究。方法：选取2014年9月—2015年9月在我院接受手术治疗的90例痔疮患者，分为两组，观察组和对照组，对照组将采用常规护理，而观察组采用个性化护理模式，随后将两组患者进行护理后的首次排尿、排便、排便所用时间给予记录以及护理后的满意度情况 进行比对分析。结果：观察组患者的首次排尿、排便与排便所用时间均少于对照组（Plt;0.05）。同时，观察组患者在护理后对护理模式的满意度明显高于对照组（Plt;0.05）。结论：个性化护理模式对痔疮术后患者的护理干预效果显著，可改善患者排尿排便困难的症状，使患者尽快恢复，值得大力推广. 【关键词】痔疮；排尿排便；个性化护理 Study on the effect of personalized nursing intervention on urination and defecation after hemorrhoids surgery Abstract：Objective：To study the intervention effect of dysuria after the operation of personalized nursing hemorrhoids.Methods：Ninety patients with hemorrhoids treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were divided into two groups：the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with routine nursing，while the observation group adopted the personalized nursing model，Then the two groups of patients after care for the first time voiding，defecation，defecation time to record and satisfaction with the situation after care for comparison analysis.Results：The time of the first urination，defecation and defecation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group（P lt;0.05）.At the same time，the patients in the observation group after nursing care model of satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group（P lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The personalized nursing model can significantly improve the nursing intervention of patients with hemorrhoids，improve the symptoms of urination and defecation difficulties，so that patients recover as soon as possible，it is worth promoting.
