精品论文 参考文献 研究标本溶血对生化检验结果的影响及处理对策 陈亚芳1 周倩茹（通讯作者) 2 　　（1江苏省无锡工人太湖疗养院检验科 江苏 无锡 214085） 　　（2无锡市惠山区钱桥街道社区卫生服务中心 江苏 无锡 214151） 　　【摘要】 目的：研究分析标本溶血对生化检验结果的影响及处理对策。方法：选取本院2014年4月-2015年4月期间门诊体检者55例，均抽取两份血样标准备制，将每名体检查其中一方血样标本通过生化分析仪正常检查，另一份则行人工震荡溶血后再检测分型，对比两种血样标本各项指标的差异情况。结果：标本溶血后其ALT、AST、TBIL、TP、LDH、CK、K+、UA、GLU等指标检测值与正常血清指标差异明显（P＜0.05）差异有统计学意义。结论：标本溶血后会对生化检验结果产生较大影响，其溶血现象多发生于血样的采集、运输期间，因此医务人员需严格规范采集流程提高责任意识，使检验结果更准确可靠。 　　【关键词】生化检验；溶血；参数指标；对策 　　【中图分类号】R446 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）28-0018-02 　　The influence of the research on the biological specimen hemolysis test results and treatment countermeasures 　　Chen Yafang. Methods Selection in our hospital during the period of April 2014 ~ April 2015 outpatient medical 55 cases, two blood samples were extracted standard system, will each body check one blood samples by normal examination, biochemical analyzer and a line of artificial shock hemolysis test again after parting, comparing the differences of two blood specimens of each index. Results Specimen hemolysis after the ALT, AST, TBIL, TP, LDH, CK, K +, UA, GLU etc index values and normal serum index difference obvious (P lt; 0.05) difference was statistically significant. Conclusions After specimen hemolysis will have great influence on biochemical test results, the hemolysis phenomenon happens at during the blood sample collection, transportation, so medical personnel should strictly regulate acquisition process to improve the responsibility consciousness, make the results more accurate and reliable. 　　【Key words】Biochemical examination; Hemolysis; Parameter index; Co
