文章编号：CAR185 多联机在文物保护建筑中的应用解析 邵宗义 王玉峰 (北京建筑工程学院 ，北京 100044) 摘 要 近年来，国家加大了对文物保护建筑的保护性修缮投入，完善和提升文物保护建筑的硬件设施和使用功能就成为修 缮工程的主要内容之一。空调系统具有设备体积大、占用空间多、系统相对复杂、室外设备对建筑立面影响大等特点，成为 文物保护建筑修缮工程中难度最大的项目。最大限度地保持建筑原有风貌，同时要满足使用功能成为文物保护的建筑空调系 统的设置原则。文章通过对部分文物保护建筑空调系统设计、施工的过程解析，探讨了文物保护建筑的结构特点、空调负荷 特点以及空调系统形式与保护文物建筑风貌进行有机结合的途径与方法，全方位地进行空调系统的优化设计，为同类建筑的 设计施工提供可借鉴的工程经验。 关键词 文物保护建筑 空调 设计 施工 经验 Shao Zongyi Wang Yufeng (Beijing University of Civil Engineering Architecture，Beijing 100044) Abstract In recent years, the state has increased its protection of historic buildings in repair. Improving and upgrading the hardware construction of historic buildings and the use of function has become the main elements of the renovation works. Air-conditioning system as required hardware facilities has some characteristics : large volume, more space, the complex system and so on, which has become an urgent task in the protection of historic buildings. It is the the setting principle of air-conditioning systems to maximize the original architectural features and satisfy the requirement. According to the entirely analysis of the designing and the construction of the air conditioning system in the processing of the part of historic buildings, our paper mainly focused on the processing of how to carry through the design of the air conditioning system, on the basis of the structural characteristics and the load characteristics of historic building. We explored the pathways of joint of the HVAC system and maintaining the original architectural style, in order to offer more useful tips for the relative of architectures designed.
