巷道支护与设计_毕业设计.docx

摘要巷道是井下生产的动脉，巷道断面设计合理与否，直接影响矿井生产的安全和经济效益。为满足东周窑煤矿四盘区的正常采掘，设计2401顺槽作为煤矿采掘的服务巷道。设计的主要思路，是采用类比设计与理论验算相结合，主要参数查询设计规范得出。在巷道断面设计中，充分考虑行人、交通、通风等因素，选择一种经济适用的断面形式。巷道掘进设计是在安全的前提下，充分利用地质情况，选择合适的掘进方式。在岩质疏松的地段，采用综掘机掘进，在地质复杂，岩质较硬的地段，采用钻眼爆破的方式进行掘进，两者交替进行，使掘进速度达到最大最经济。巷道掘进主要采用炮掘加机掘的形式，在岩层比较硬的地段采用炮掘的形式，遇到薄弱岩层就改用机掘形式。巷道总体分三段，有系统巷皮带机头段、系统巷储带仓段和正巷组成。在巷道的设计过程中需要经过两次变换断面，支护形式和断面开掘都需要进行调整。关键词：岩土工程；支护形式；断面形式；施工工艺；爆破设计AbstractThe roadway is the artery of underground production, the design of the roadway section is reasonable, which directly affects the safety and economic benefits of the mine production. In lots of rock loose, using fully mechanized roadheader, in complex geological, lots of hard rock, the drilling hole blasting excavation, alternating between the two, so that the driving speed reach the largest and most economic.The tunnel excavation adopts the form of the digging machine and the hard rock in the strata. The hard rock is used in the form of the blasting, and the weak rock layer is used to dig the form.. There are three sections in the tunnel, which is composed of the section of the belt head of the system, the warehouse section and the normal lane of the system..
