By building civil servants training system we can give strong tools to develop the appropriate environment for effective and high-quality functioning of the civil service. From this case you can learn how to successfully plan, organize, exercise and control a training system for civil servants.

What are the aims of the project? 1.To develop a training management system for civil servants 2.To enhance a qualification for civil servants.

1. Civil service legal acts were adopted;
2. Civil Service department under the Ministry of the Interior was established.

Civil servants training system is implemented in all state and municipal institutions and agencies. Civil servants training system has become a part of the management system for public bodies .
