精品论文 参考文献 穴注为主综合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病对照观察 焦焰（湖南大学职工医院 湖南长沙 410079） 　　 　　【摘要】目的 比较穴位注射和电针综合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法 将96例患者随机分为二组，观察组48例，采用香丹、当归、祖师麻注射液配骨肽、维生素B12注射液，分别注入风池穴（双）、风府穴、新设穴（双）、颈椎C2/C3、C3/C4、C4/C5椎间隙和颈部夹脊阿是穴，每次取4-6穴，每穴注入1.5-3ml，再配合牵引、手法复法，中药离子导入等综合疗法，隔日一次，10次一疗程；对照组48例，采用电针疗法，每次20-30分钟，取穴和综合疗法、疗程同观察组。结果 观察组近愈21例，近愈率44%，总有效47例，总有效率98%；对照组近愈10例，近愈率21%，总有效38例，总有效率79%，两组疗效对比，经统计学处理P＞0.05，疗效有非常显著的差异。结论 椎动脉型颈椎病临床难以治疗且易复发，穴位注射为主综合治疗的方法 疗效优于电针为主综合治疗的方法，值得进一步研究。 　　【关键词】穴位注射 电针 椎动脉型颈椎病 随机对照观察 　　【中图分类号】R681.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）49-0086-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective To compare the therapeutic effects on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type through acupoint injection and comprehensive therapies of electro acupuncture. Methods 96 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 48 cases for each group. The combination of Xiangdan, Angelica, Zushima injection and Ossotide, vitamin B12 injection were adopted and injected into Fengchi (double), Fengfu, Novosti points(double), intervertebral space C2/C3, C3/C4, C4/C5 of the cervical vertebrae and Cervical spinal Ashi respectively for the observation group, each time taking 4-6 acupoint points and injecting 1.5-3ml per point, with other comprehensive therapy of traction, manipulation complex method, iontophoresis of Chinese herbal medicine and etc. This treatment is applied every other day and ten times account for one course of treatment. The other 48 cases in the control group used electro-acupuncture therapy, which takes 20-30 minutes each time, the process of acupoints and combination therapy is similar to the observation group. Results In the observation group, 21 people were almost cured and the cure rate was 44%，47 people had effective treatment and the total effective rate was 98%.
