精品论文 参考文献 米索前列醇联合缩宫素在宫缩乏力性产后出血中的治疗体会 成都市天府新区雅威健康体检中心 610200 摘要：目的：研究分析宫缩乏力性产后出血采用米索前列醇+缩宫素治疗的临床效果。方法：随机从2013年12月至2015年12月期间在本院接受治疗的宫缩乏力性产后出血患者中抽取114例作为本次研究的观察对象，按照随机双盲法原则将其分成两组，即实验组和对照组，各有57例，对照组采用产后出血措施及缩宫素治疗，实验组予以米索前列醇联合缩宫素治疗。后观察临床疗效，并对比两组住院时间以及产后出血情况，并对比分析不良反应情况。结果：实验组（96.49%）临床总有效率显著高于对照组（80.70%），且住院时间较对照短，出血量较对照组少，组间统计学分析差异具有显著性（P＜0.05），此外，不良反应发生率比较，（P＞0.05）无显著性差异。结论：米索前列醇联合缩宫素治疗，对于宫缩乏力性产后出血具有重要的应用价值，不仅对患者的出血症状具有显著的改善作用，还能缩短住院时间，提高临床有效率，且不良反应较少。 关键词：宫缩乏力；产后出血；缩宫素；米索前列醇；临床疗效 [abstract] objective：to study the analysis of the contractions fatigue sex postpartum haemorrhage with misoprostol + oxytocin clinical effect of treatment.Methods：randomly from December 2013 to December 2015 treated in our hospital during the period of the contractions fatigue sex postpartum hemorrhage in patients with extraction observation of 114 cases as the research object，in accordance with the principle of randomized，double-blind method to be divided into two groups，the experimental group and control group，each have 57 cases，control group adopts the measures of postpartum hemorrhage and oxytocin treatment，the experimental group give misoprostol combined therapy with oxytocin.After observing clinical curative effect，and compared two groups of hospital stay and postpartum hemorrhage，and contrast analysis of adverse reactions.Results：the experimental group（96.49%），the clinical total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group（80.70%），and shorter hospitalization time is controlled，blood loss less than the control group，the group has significant difference between statistical analysis（P lt; 0.05），in addition，the incidence of adverse reactions，there was no significant difference（P gt; 0.05）.Conclusion：misoprostol combined therapy with oxytocin，postpartum hemorrhage in contractions fatigue sex has important application value，not only for hemorrhage in patients with symptoms were significantly improved，also can shorten the length of hospital stay，improve the clinical e
