精品论文 参考文献 米索前列醇联合缩宫素治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床观察 古蔺县人民医院妇产科 四川泸州 646500 【摘 要】目的：观察米索前列醇联合缩宫素治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果。方法：随机选取所在医院2015年5月——2016年3月38例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者作为实验组，采用缩宫素、米索前列醇联合疗法进行治疗。同时，选取同期38例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者作为对照组，单纯采用缩宫素进行治疗，对2组患者产后出血控制情况进行比较。结果：实验组用药2h、6h、12h后，子宫出血量明显低于对照组，2组临床疗效差异显著（P＜0.05）；实验组发热、寒颤、血压升高等不良反应发生率（7.89%）显著低于对照组（28.95%），2组差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论：米索前列醇联合缩宫素治疗宫收缩乏力性产后出血，能够快速控制出血症状，且用药安全有效，是值得推广的临床用药治疗方案。 【关键词】宫缩乏力性产后出血；缩宫素；米索前列醇 Misoprostol combined with oxytocin in clinical observation on the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia Gao Jin （Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，Gulin County Peoples Hospital，Luzhou，Sichuan 646500） 【Abstract】Objective：Observation of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in the treatment of the clinical effect of postpartum hemorrhage.Method：Randomly selected hospital from May 2015 to March 2016 38 cases of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage patients as the experimental group，using oxytocin combined with misoprostol therapy.At the same time，selected 38 cases of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage patients as the control group，treated with oxytocin treatment，the 2 groups of patients with postpartum hemorrhage were compared to control.Result：The experimental group 2h，6h，12h，uterine bleeding was significantly lower than the control group，significant differences in the 2 groups（P lt; 0.05）；experimental group，fever，chills，elevated blood pressure and higher incidence of adverse reactions（7.89%）was significantly lower than the control group（28.95%），the 2 groups have significant difference（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：Misoprostol combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine contraction，can quickly control the bleeding symptoms，and medication safety and effective，is worth promoting clinical medication treatment program. 【Key words】uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage；oxytocin；misoprostol 产后出血是产科临床诊疗工作中常见的并发症类型，其主要由子宫收缩乏力引起，是造成孕产妇死亡直接因素，对患者身心健康具有严重影响。为此，在为此类患者
