精品论文 参考文献 米索前列醇舌下含化预防宫缩乏力引起产后出血48例疗效观察 王蓉 　　（游仙区人民医院 四川 绵阳 621004） 　　【摘要】 目的：观察应用米索前列醇舌下含化预防宫缩乏力引起产后出血的治疗效果。方法：选取2013年6月至2014年6月期间我院收治的48例产妇进行分组研究，将其按照抛硬币法分为对照组（n=24）和观察组（n=24），对照组产妇在胎儿分娩后予以肌肉注射缩宫素，观察组在对照组的基础上同时舌下含化米索前列醇，比较两组产妇产后出血情况。结果：观察组患者2h和24h的产后出血量均优于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义，P＜0.05，用药前，两组患者的血压变化无统计学差异，P＞0.05，用药后，比较两组患者的血压变化，差异不明显，P＞0.05。结论：用药后，对两组患者的血压变化无影响，但是应用米索前列醇舌下含化预防宫缩乏力引起产后出血效果显著，具有推??应用价值。 　　【关键词】米索前列醇；舌下含化；宫缩乏力；产后出血；疗效 　　【中图分类号】R714 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）27-0022-02 　　Clinical observation on 48 cases 0 f sublingual misoprostol with prevent postpartum hemorrhage caused by contractions are weak 　　Wang Rong. The Peoples Hospital of Xianyou District, Aichuan Province, Mianyang, 621004, China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application contains sublingual misoprostol prevention contractions fatigue caused the therapeutic effect of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Selection in June 2013 to June 2014, our hospital during the period of 48 cases of maternal randomly divided into control group (n = 24) and observation group (n = 24). Control muscle injection of oxytocin, on the basis of the observation group in the control group, containing sublingual misoprostol. Compare two groups of postpartum hemorrhage. Results Observation group of patients 2 h and 24 h postpartum haemorrhage amount is superior to control group, significant difference, there is statistically significant, P lt; 0.05, before use, changes in blood pressure in patients with no statistical difference in both groups, P gt; 0.05, after medication, compared two groups of patients blood pressure change, no significant difference, (P gt; 0.05). Conclusions After medication, on two groups of patients had no effect on blood pressure change, but the application of sublingual misoprostol containing the prevent postpartum hemorrhage caused by contractions fatigue effect is remarkable, popularization and application value. 　　【Key words】Misoprostol; Sublingu
