English as allimportantinternationallanguage has obtained increasing attention from Chinese educmional
instinltionsofdifferentlevelsovermorethna threedecades．Currently，inthebackgroundofsocialinformatization
nadeconomicglobalization，asna internationalizedlanguage，Englishisofimportnacetoallthenationalpeople．
Therefore，fosteringethnicminoritytalentswhohavehigherEnglish quality isthecoreurgencyofourhigh
educationaswel1．WeshoulddevelopprofoundlycollegeEnglishteachingstudy，summarizenadexplorenew
methods．new ideas intherealisticteachingwork．However，recently，htecollegeEnglishteachingofethnicminority
classexistsmanyobstaclesonlnaguageteaching，textbook，examination，andSOforth．Thispaperexploresthe
specificreformsnadconnotationsofethnicminoriyt collegestudents’classconstructionbynaalyzingthecurrent
