Abstract: T his article reviews the current progress on pesticide sample preparation and instrumental detection tech
nologies in China and abroad. Methodologies discussed include ASE, SFE, SPE, SPME, MSPDE, M AE, M E,
PC, chromatographic, spectrometry and its associated techniques, capillary electrophoresis and biosensors. The
developmental trends in the analytical field of study and applications are also presented.
