天津职业技术师范大学 Tianjin University of Technology and Education 毕 业 设 计 专 业： 汽车维修工程教育 班级学号： 05510051122 学生姓名： 李 铭 指导教师： 张伯俊 教 授 包丕利 助 教 二〇一一年六月 天津职业技术师范大学本科生毕业设计 展开式二级减速器设计 The launch type second class deceleration machine designs 专业班级：汽修0614 学生姓名：李 铭 指导教师：张伯俊 教授 包丕利 助教 系 别：汽车与交通学院 2011 年 6 月 摘 要 减速器是指在原动机与工作机之间用来降低转速的独立转动装置，其目的是降低输出转速和增大输出转矩，以满足工作的需要。因此在机械领域中，减速器得到广泛的应用。尤其是展开式减速器应用最为广泛，因为它的结构比较紧凑、传动效率高、工作可靠。 本文主要是对展开式二级减速器进行设计。设计中对减速器的要求，用途及类型作了简单的概述，对展开式二级减速器的结构进行了具体的分析。根据机械的使用条件与参数，按照机械设计的步骤与要求，选择并确定相关的设计参数。其设计的参数为：输送带工作拉力的确定，输送带工作速度的确定，滚筒直径的确定。主要对圆柱齿轮、传动轴、箱体等零部件进行设计计算，并对圆柱齿轮、传动轴进行强度校核。还要对标准件的选配并进行寿命校核。对于展开式二级减速器的设计编写设计说明书，并画出圆柱齿轮、传动轴零件图及装配图。 关键词：二级减速器；圆柱齿轮；传动轴 ABSTRACT Reducer is the motivation and work in the original machine used to reduce the speed between the independent rotating device, which aims to reduce speed and increase torque output to meet the needs of their work.
