精品论文 参考文献 经皮椎体成形术治疗OVCF应用综合护理干预对疼痛及预后影响 王先荣 作者单位：274002，山东菏泽，山东省菏泽市中医医院 　　[作者简介]王先荣（1974—），女，山东菏泽人，本科，山东省菏泽市中医医院骨科主管护师。 　　[摘 要]目的：探究经皮椎体成形术治疗OVCF应用综合护理干预对疼痛及预后影响。方法：回顾性分析2012年1月-2014年10月本院诊治的55例OVCF患者临床资料，本组患者均行经皮椎体成形术治疗并给予综合护理干预，观察并比较本组患者护理干预前后疼痛评分、生活质量改善情况以及并发症发生率。结果：本组患者护理干预后疼痛评分显著低于护理前，且生活质量评分显著高于护理前，差异均具统计学意义（P＜0.01）；本组患者并发症发生率较低，未给治疗效果造成严重不良影响。结论：经皮椎体成形术治疗OVCF患者应用综合护理干预对疼痛及预后均具有积极影响，除此之外还可以有效改善患者生活质量，值得临床推广及应用。 　　[关键词]经皮椎体成形术 OVCF 综合护理干预 疼痛 预后 　　 　　 　　The Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Pain and the Prognosis of OVCF Patients Receiving Percutaneous Vertebral Plasty 　　Wang Xianrong 　　Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on pain and prognosis of OVCE patients receiving percutaneous vertebral plasty. Methods The clinical data of 55 cases of OVCF patients\who received treatment in the authorrsquo;s hospital from April 2012 to October 2014 were collected and reviewed. All patients were received percitaneous vertebral plasty and given comprehensive nursing intervention. The pain score, the improvement of life quality and the incidence of complications before and after nursing were observed and analyzed. Results The pain score of patients after nursing was lower than that before nursing while the score of life quality was apparently higher than that before nursing, with statistical significance (p lt; 0.01). Moreover, the incidence of complications was lower, without anything worse influence on curative effect.
