经济欠发达地区科技投入与经济增长相关性的实证分析 * ——以广西为例 朱广屹 （西南财经大学经济学院 成都 611130） 摘要：科技投入是科技创新的主要动力，也是欠发达地区经济转型发展的内生动力。文章以 广西为例，运用协整检验以及基于VAR 模型的格兰杰因果关系检验和脉冲响应等计量方法 对广西科技投入与经济增长的相关数据进行实证分析。研究结果表明：科技人员对广西经济 增长的影响作用较小；经济增长是科技经费使用与科技人员的格兰杰原因，科技人员是科技 经费使用的格兰杰原因；发现经济增长对科技经费使用与科技人员冲击的响应一直保持较低 的持续的正向的加速运动，但是科技经费使用与科技人员对经济增长存在一个短期的滞后效 应；并进一步说明了科技投入不能有效推动经济增长的原因，在此基础上提出相应的理论建 议，为经济欠发达地区改善科技投入环境提供了重要参考。 关键词：科技投入 科技经费 科技人员 经济增长 VAR 模型 The research of science and technology input and economic growth in national regions -Based on an empirical analysis of the 1991-2013 in Guangxi Zhu Guangyi (college of economy，South Western University of Finance and Economics ，Chengdu，611130， China.) Abstract: Using cointegration test and granger causality test based on the VAR model and impulse response measurement method for the period 1991-2013 in Guangxi science and technology the use of funds, science and technology personnel and empirical analysis on the data of economic growth. The results show that the technical personnel on economic growth in ethnic areas the influence of small; Economic growth is the granger reason of funds use of science and technology and scientific and technical personnel, technical personnel is the funds use granger reason of science and technology; Researchers found that economic growth in technology spending and technology impact response has kept a low continuous positive accelerated motion, but funds use of science and technology and science and technology researchers there is a short lag effect on economic growth, illustrates the reality of science and technology resources in national regions is relatively scarc
