视频反馈教学法在腹部体检技能教学中的应用研究 马会浩1 刘菊菊 谢远龙 覃露 简道林* 三峡大学第二临床医学院 443001 摘要:目的 探讨视频反馈教学法在腹部体检技能操作教学中的应用效果。 方法 在三峡大学医学院09级中随机抽取两个教学班进行腹部体检技能操作实践教学,观察组(N=50)应用视频反馈教学法教学,对照组(N=50)应用传统教学法教学。为便于比较分析,对各次腹部体检操作视频记录根据评分标准进行单盲法评分。腹部体检操作实验课时,观察组记录各自的操作视频,实验课三周后,观察组学生提交一份各自认为最为满意的腹部体检操作视频。操作实验课五周后进行随机抽取一项技能行技能操作考试。对抽到腹部体检为考试内容的两组学生均记录其操作视频,并通过问卷调查及操作考核进行比较。结果 观察组实验课时的初次操作视频记录所得分值,显著低于该组3周后所提交的最满意操作视频记录所得分值。观察组平时操作练习次数及腹部体检操作考试成绩均显著高于对照组。 结论 视频反馈教学法应用于腹部体检技能操作教学中具有促进学生自主练习和有利于学生对操作技能的掌握,值得在医学生临床技能教学中予以推广。 关键词:视频反馈教学法 临床技能 腹部体检 教学改革 Research report on video feedback pedagogy applying in in abdominal physical examination skills teaching Ma Huihao1 Liu Juju Xie Yuanlong Qin Lu Jian Daolin* The second clinical medical school of Three Gorges university, Yichang, Hubei 443001 Objective to investigate the effects of the video feedback pedagogy on manipulation about the abdominal physical examination skills in students of clinical medicine specialty. Methods 100 students of two small class, being selected from 09 grade clinical medicine specialty of the China Three Gorges University, were randomly divided into observation group (video feedback teaching method, N=50) and the control group (traditional teaching methods, N=50). According to scoring standard and research arrangement, video recording scores of the abdominal physical examination were assessed with single blind method. During experimental class, the video recording of abdominal physical examination was taken for the students of observation group. 3 weeks after experimental class, the students of observation group are required to submit a copy of video recordings on the abdominal examination skills manipulation, which is the most satisfactory for himslef. 5 weeks after experimental class, tests of one item on physical examination skills was completed according to randomly selected test subject manner by the students.
