精品论文 参考文献 综合护理干预对肾病综合症患者心理、生活质量和治疗依从性的影响 湖南省人民医院 湖南长沙 410005 【摘 要】目的 探讨综合性护理干预对肾病综合征患者心理、生活质量及治疗依从性的影响。方法 选取2015 年1 月至2016 年2 月在我院住院治疗的肾病综合征患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例。两组患者均给予常规治疗和护理，观察组患者在此基础上实施综合护理干预措施，比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分和治疗依从性及生活质量。结果 治疗护理后，观察组患者SAS和SDS评分显著低于对照组，观察组患者生活质量评分治疗依从性评分均显著高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对肾病综合这患者实施综合性护理干预措施，可以有效改善患者负性情绪和生活质量，提高患者治疗依从性，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】肾病综合征；综合护理干预；生活治疗；治疗依从性 The effect of comprehensive mental intervention on negative emotions and quality of life and treatment complianceof patients with nephrosis syndrome Zhu Xia Peoplersquo;s Hospital of Hunan Province，Changsha，Hunan 410005 [Abstract] Objective：To explore comprehensive nursing intervention on the psychology of patients with nephritic syndrome，the influence of quality of life and treatment compliance. Methods：January 2015 to 2016 2 months in our hospital inpatient treatment of nephritic syndrome with 120 cases，were randomly divided into observation group and control group，60 cases in each. Two groups of patients were given routine therapy and nursing care，the observation group patients on the basis of the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures，compared two groups of patients with anxiety，depression scores and treatment compliance and quality of life. Result：The observation group SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group，the difference has statistical meaning（Plt;0.05）and observation group quality of life score were significantly higher than those in the control group，the difference has statistical significance （P lt; 0.05），observation group medication compliance score，compliance of diet nutrition and life schedule compliance of scores were significantly higher than those in the control group，the difference is statistically significant （P lt; 0.05）.
