精品论文 参考文献 耳穴贴压对超声引导下PICC置管患者心理状态、疼痛及生命体征的影响 岳新霞 梅俏蕾 何江渝 　　【摘 要】 目的 探究超声引导下PICC置管患者行耳穴贴压对其心理状态、疼痛及生命体征的影响。方法 选取本院2014年11月～2015年11月收治的超声引导下PICC置管120例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据护理时不同护理方案分成两组，将行常规护理54例患者设为对照组，将在对照组基础上行耳穴贴压66例患者设为观察组，对两组心理状态、疼痛及生命体征对比。结果 观察组在两组SDS、SAS评分与生命体征指标（HR、DBP、SBP）均改善基础上，其幅度更显著（P＜0.01）；观察组局麻、静脉穿刺、插血管鞘与刀片扩皮等疼痛评分均比对照组低（P＜0.01）。结论 超声引导下PICC置管患者行耳穴贴压能够改善心理状态、稳定生命体征与缓解疼痛症状，可应用于临床。 　　【关键词】 PICC置管； 超声； 耳穴贴压； 心理状态； 疼痛； 生命体征 　　 　　Effect of Auricular Pressing Therapy on the Psychological State, Pains and Vital Signs of Patients Undergoing Ultrasound-guided PICC 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of auricular pressing therapy on the psychological state, pains and vital signs of patients undergoing ultrasound-guided PICC (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter). Methods The clinical data of 120 patients who had undergone ultrasound-guided PICC in our hospital between November 2014 and November 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, which were divided into two groups according to the nursing plans. The 54 patients given routine nursing were set as control group, whereas the other 66 patients given auricular pressing therapy additional to the routine treatment were taken as observation group. The psychological state, pains and vital signs of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The SDS and SAS and indexes of vital signs (HR, DBP and SBP) were improved in both groups after nursing, and the improvement in the observation group was shown to be more significant than that in the control group (Plt;0.01); pains scores of local anesthesia, venipuncture, vagina vasorum inserting and skin incision were all lower than those in the control group (Plt;0.01). Conclusion Auricular pressing therapy can improve the psychological state of patients undergoing ultrasound-guided PICC and stabilize the vital signs and pains of the patients; therefore, it is worth popularizing in clinical application. 　　【Key words】 PICC; Ultrasound; Auricular Press
