精品论文 参考文献 股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗老年粗隆间粉碎性骨折临床效果评价 湖南省长沙市望城区人民医院骨科 湖南长沙 410200 【摘 要】目的：探讨老年粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗效果。方法：选取我院2014年1月-2015年12月收治的老年粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者80例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例，观察组采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗，对照组采用动力螺钉内固定方法治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的治疗成功率为92.5%（37/40），对照组患者治疗成功率为65%（26/40），两组患者治疗成功率相比，差异显著（Plt;0.05），且观察组患者的手术时间也明显优于对照组，差异显著（Plt;0.05）。结论：针对老年粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗，效果显著，且能显著降低手术时间，提升患者治疗效果，作为一种有效的治疗方法，值得在临床上推广。 【关键词】股骨近端防旋髓内钉；老年粗隆间粉碎性骨折；效果评价 【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of the treatment of the proximal femoral nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric comminuted fracture in elderly patients.Methods：selected in our hospital in December 2014 2015 February were elderly patients with intertrochanteric comminuted fractures in patients with 80 cases as the object of study randomly divided into observation group and control group，each with 40 cases in each，the observation group by femoral proximal anti rotation intramedullary nail in the treatment，patients in control group were treated with dynamic hip screw internal fixation treatment，compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results：the effect of the treatment group success rate was 92.5%（37 / 40），the control group of patients treated with success rate was 65%（26 / 40），the two groups of patients success rate compared，significant difference（P lt; 0.05）and observation group，the operation time is obviously better than that of the control group，the difference was significant（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：for elderly patients with intertrochanteric comminuted fractures of the femur with proximal anti rotation intramedullary nail in the treatment，the effect is significant，and can significantly reduce operation time and improve patient outcomes，as a kind of effective treatment method，it is worth in clinical promotion. 【Key words】proximal femoral nail anti rotation intramedullary nail；intertrochanteric comminuted fracture；effect evaluation 在髋部骨折的临床治疗中，老年股骨转子间粉碎性骨折能占到其中的60%-70%，在患病后，患者会出现不同程度的全身性疾病，且经
