精品论文 参考文献 脑梗塞康复期患者心理分析及护理 陈拥军 陈拥军 湖南省常德市第一人民医院神经内科 湖南常德 415000 【摘 要】目的：探讨心理护理对脑梗塞康复期患者的临床效果。方法：选取86例脑梗塞康复期患者进行随机分组，对照组采取内科基础治疗，观察组在此基础上，采取心理护理，包括心理指导、健康宣教、语言训练、肢体训练；对比两组患者护理前后NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、CRRCAE评分，综合评价患者的疗效，并作对比分析。结果：护理前，两组患者NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、CRRCAE评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后，观察组患者NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、CRRCAE评分均明显提高，且与对照组对比，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组临床总显效率为81.40%，对照组临床总有效率为55.81%，经chi;2检验，观察组临床总有效率大于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：心理护理对脑梗塞康复期患者的临床效果显著，对于改善患者的预后具有积极作用，值得临床推广使用。 【关键词】脑梗塞；康复期；心理护理 Psychological rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction and nursing Chen Yongjun Changde City First Peoples Hospital of Neurology Changde， Hunan 415000 [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of psychological nursing rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods： 86 cases of cerebral infarction rehabilitation of patients randomized to the control group received basic medical treatment， observation group on this basis， taking psychological care， including psychological counseling， health education， language training， physical training； compared two groups of patient care before and after the NIHSS score， Barthel index， CRRCAE score， comprehensive evaluation of the efficacy of the patient， and for comparative analysis.
