摘 要 示波器在现代电子测量、仪器仪表等领域已经成为电子信号测量的常用仪器之一，它的主要功能是精确复现作为时间函数的电压波形。波形的图形可用来确定形状、幅度、频率等信息，还可以通过比较两个不同的波形，来测量它们的时间和相位关系。其基本原理是将被测信号通过采集和处理，然后显示出来。根据这个原理，产生了模拟示波器和数字存储示波器，由于数字存储示波器具备许多优点，使得数字存储示波器快速发展在电子测量领域，数字存储示波器正在逐渐取代模拟示波器。与传统模拟示波器相比．数字存储示波器不仅具有可存储波形、体积小、功耗低，使用方便等优点，而且还具有强大的信号实时处理分析功能。 关键词 数字存储示波器，单片机，CPLD Abstract Oscilloscopes have been a common instrument of the electronic signal measurements in the modern electronic measurements、instruments’ area. Its main function is that it can reshow the voltage wave form accurately. The figure of the wave form can use to confirm the information, such as shape, range and frequency and measure their time and phase by comparing with the two different wave form. The basic principle is that making the measured signal show out after collecting and handling. According to this principle, produced the analogous and digital storage oscilloscopes. Because of digital storage oscilloscopes have a lot of advantages. So it has a fast development. In the electronic measurement area, the digital storage oscilloscopes are replacing the analogous oscilloscopes. Compared with the traditional oscilloscopes, digital storage oscilloscopes can not only store wave form, small volume, low power consumption, convenience use, but also have a strong signal handling and analyzing function. Digital storage oscilloscopes are different from analogous oscilloscopes. It use A/D transformation machine to make the analogous signal into the digital signal, and then store it into the RAM; When it is used, it is taken out from the RAM, then passing a corresponding D/A transformation machine and recover into the analogous signal and show out in the screen. In this oscilloscopes, the function of signal handling and showing is separate. Its function standard is decided completely by the A/D and D/A transformation machine and the semiconductor memory.
