Abstract :Based on biogas industry development trend and the present situation of the industry standard ，combining with
the characteristics of biogas industry and the problems existing in the standard ，this paper discussed the establishment of
biogas standard system． According to the standard level ，project type and process factors ，a framework of biogas standard
system was established ，the system standard list was compiled ，the principles and basis of biogas industry standard catalogs
were put forward ，providing the basis for biogas industry standardization．
