CF1200清分机后内后外板组成设计 摘 要 纸币清分机是现代金融机构必不可缺少的重要工具，是一种机电一体化的金融器具，可以同时实现纸币的清分、鉴伪、计数、识旧等功能的能够提高金融业处理现金的速度和效率的一种方便器具。本课题所研究的CF1200型清分机是基于上一代CF1000型清分机的基础上新开发的一代产品，具有体积小，纸币运行快等优点，能够有多种清分模式，防伪度高，识别精确，可适用于银行、商场、超市等公共场所。 本课题所研究的清分机中，主要研究其总体结构的设计分析，以及纸币在清分机中传动的路径，速度和清分机传动系统结构等，还包括后内板后外板上的高精度核心检测部件。由于清分机的主要功能是进行纸币的计数，鉴伪，清分等功能，所以需要研究装载这些检测部件的后内后外板组成。需要设计其部件的整体结构，以及清分机整体的传动系统，并对其进行计算，校核以及结构的三维建模等。 由于CF1200 系列纸币清分机运用高速图像处理和模式识别技术、多光谱纸质分析及多种防伪技术，实现纸币的高速准确点算和清分，从而为用户建立快速高效的纸币处理流程。所以研究其核心检测系统的硬件组成是为核心检测部件的顺畅运行提供必要条件。 关键词　纸币清分；后内后外板；结构分析 Paper currency sorter Abstract Paper currency sorting is one of the important tools, modern financial institutions essential is a kind of electromechanical integration of financial instruments, can realize the distribution of the bill at the same time, counterfeit detection, counting, old knowledge, etc can increase the speed and efficiency of cash in the financial sector of a convenient appliance.
