摘 要 我们这次毕业设计课题是工业锅炉系统的监测与控制，下位机是基于西门子S7-200的PLC、上位机软件是基于北京昆仑组态自动化的组态软件。可编程序控制器是以微处理器为核心，用于工业控制的计算机，由于PLC广泛采用微机技术，使得PLC不仅具有逻辑控制功能，而且还具有了运算、数据处理和数据传输等功能。实际锅炉系统控制中每台炉就需要一套继电器控制系统，而采用西门子S7-200系列可编程控制器设计的控制系统实现了在某集中供热锅炉房的系统自动控制，并且实现了整个系统的优化控制。 本设计锅炉的燃烧控制是采用有逻辑规律的比值控制系统，是以维持合适的空气、燃料比值为手段，从而保证了较高的热效率。下位机采用可编程控制器，对现场数据进行集中采集，提高了系统的可靠性。上位机采用的组态软件可对数据进行集中管理的功能，同时可对整个系统进行全方位、实时监控。 本设计对给水系统、输煤系统、引风送风系统都采用变频控制大大提高了节能性，也减少了烟气对空气的污染。 关键词：PLC；液位；汽包 ；变频器 Abstract Our this graduation project topic is the industry boiler system monitor in the control, the lower position machine is based on Simens S7-200s PLC, on the position machine software is based on the Beijing Kunlun Mountains configuration automation configuration software.
