精品论文 参考文献 药物联动治疗方案在高血压合并阵发性房颤患者临床治疗中的应用 包晓燕 陶新云 吕晓琴 　　（江苏省南通市中西医结合医院老年病科 江苏 南通 226001） 　　【摘要】 目的：探究药物联动治疗方案在高血压合并阵发性房颤患者临床治疗中的应用价值。方法：选取我院2013年5月～2015年8月收治的80例高血压合并阵发性房颤患者作为研究对象，在征得患者知情同意下随机分为对照组及研究组各40例，对照组采取瑞舒伐他汀治疗，研究组采取瑞舒伐他汀结合中成药稳心颗粒治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果：研究组患者治疗总有效率90%，与同期对照组80%相比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后血脂指标相比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：药物联动治疗方案能够显著提高高血压合并阵发性房颤患者临床疗效，可以作为临床优选方案而加以推广使用。 　　【关键词】 药物联动治疗方案；高血压合并阵发性房颤；瑞舒伐他汀；步长稳心颗粒 　　【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）24-0116-02 　　 　　Drug gang united in hypertension patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treatment application of clinical treatment 　　Bao Xiaoyan Tao Xinyun Lv Xiaoqin 　　Integrated Chinese and Western medicine hospital of Nantong city, Jiangsu Province, Department of Geriatrics 226001 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the linkage drug therapy in hypertensive patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in patients with clinical application value. Methods select a hospital in 2013 may to August 2015 treated 80 cases of hypertensive patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation as the research object, in the consent of the informed consent of patients randomized for control group and the study group, 40 cases in each group, the control group taking rosuvastatin treatment with a statin, research group take rosuvastatin combined with Chinese medicine Wenxinkeli treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Results the study group patients, the total effective rate was 90%, and compared with the control group of 80% compared, the difference is statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); blood lipid indexes after treatment in two groups were compared, the difference is statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion the drug treatment of linkage scheme can significantly improve hypertension patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation clinical curative effect, can be as a clinical optimal scheme and be widely used. 　　【Key words
