精品论文 参考文献 血β-HCG检测对治疗异位妊娠的临床意义 何建芳 陈金强 陈明星 （广东省肇庆市端州区妇幼保健院检验科 526040) 　　【摘要】目的 通过对异位妊娠患者保守治疗用药前后进行血绒毛膜促性腺激素(beta;-HCG)测定,探讨血绒毛膜促性腺激素水平在临床诊治前后的意义。方法　选择我院2012年1月～2012年12月收治的99例异位妊娠患者，在治疗前、治疗后采用电化学发光免疫法对血beta;-HCG结果进行测定,并对结果进行对照分析。结果　异位妊娠患者保守治疗前，根据血beta;-HCG浓度分为A、B两组；A组beta;-HCGle;1000 mIU/ml 72例，成功治疗60例，占83.33%；B组beta;-HCGgt;1000 mIU/mlle;2000 mIU/ml 27例，成功治疗12例，占44.44%。治疗成功合计72例,占72.73%。结论　检测血清beta;-HCG对诊断异位妊娠及其保守治疗效果具有重要意义。 　　【关键词】异位妊娠 血绒毛膜促性腺激素(beta;-HCG) 　　【中图分类号】R446.4 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）33-0040-01 　　Serum beta;-HCG Testrsquo;s Clinical Significance Of Ectopic Pregnancy Treatment 　　He jian fang, Chen jin qiang, Chen ming xing 　　(Department of Clinical Laboratory Science, Duanzhou MHC Hospital,Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province 526,040) 　　【Abstract】Objective: conservative treatment for ectopic pregnancy patients before and after treatment of blood chorionic gonadotropin (beta;-HCG) was measured to explore the serum hCG levels before and after treatment in the clinical sense. Methods: During January 2012 to escember 2012 , Choose 99 ectopic patients in our hospital, To detect and compare the before and after blood chorionic gonadotropin (beta;-HCG)concentration of the patients ,which be treated with a conservative treatment. Results: Before the treatment, the patients are departed into two groups according to the blood beta;-HCG concentration. Group A :60 patients of beta;-HCG concentration le;1000 mIU / ml are successfully treated in the 72 patients,about 83.33 percent. Group B: 12 patients ofbeta;-HCG concentration between 1000 mIU / ml and 2000 mIU / ml are successfully treated in the 27 patients,about 44.44 percent.Over all,Successful treated 72 cases of the total, accounting for 72.73 percent. Conclusion: Serological beta;-HCG detection index in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and conservative treatment effect is important. 　　【Key words】 ectopic pregnancy blood chorionic gonadotropin
