精品论文 参考文献 蒙脱石散治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效观察和护理体会 湖南省石门县人民医院 湖南常德 415300 【摘 要】目的：研究蒙脱石散治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效和护理体会。方法：选取我院2013年-2014年收治的100例小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患儿。患儿分组方法：抽签法。100例患儿分为常规医护组和蒙脱石散医护组两个分组。常规医护组常规用药+护理；蒙脱石散医护组加用蒙脱石散治疗+护理。观察指标：（1）肠炎控制有效率；（2）家长满意评分、大便次数和性状恢复时间、72h大便总量的差异。结果：（1）蒙脱石散医护组相比于常规医护组肠炎控制有效率更高，X2检验统计学差异显著，P＜0.05；（2）蒙脱石散医护组相比于常规医护组大便次数和性状恢复时间更短，72h大便总量更少，家长满意评分更高，t检验统计学差异显著，P＜0.05。结论：蒙脱石散治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效确切，辅以相应护理，有助于改善大便情况，提升家长满意度，值得推广。 【关键词】蒙脱石散；小儿轮状病毒性肠炎；疗效和护理体会 【 abstract 】 objective：to study the montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile rotavirus viral enteritis curative effect and nursing experience.Methods：selection of 100 cases admitted in our hospital in 2013-2013 children with infantile rotavirus virus enteritis.Children with grouping method：the draw method.Is divided into 100 cases underwent routine care and montmorillonite powder medical group two groups.Conventional care group of conventional medicine + care；Montmorillonite dispersed medical groups and treated with montmorillonite powder + care.Observation indexes：（1）enteritis control efficiently；（2）parents satisfaction ratings，defecate frequency and character recovery time，72 h of the total difference.Results：（1）the montmorillonite powder medical group compared with the conventional care group enteritis control effectiveness is higher，X2 test statistically significant，P lt; 0.05；（2）montmorillonite powder medical group compared with the conventional medical recovery time shorter，defecate frequency and characteristics of 72 h shit total amount less，parents satisfaction score higher，t test statistical significant difference，P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile rotavirus viral enteritis curative effect，supplemented by the corresponding care，help to improve the shit，ascending parents satisfaction，is worth promoting. 【 key words 】 montmorillonite powder；Infantile rotavirus viral enteritis；The curative effect and nursing experience 小儿轮状病毒性肠炎感染病毒为轮状病毒，属于病毒感染后出现的急
