提 要 目的：观察参芪地黄汤在慢性肾衰竭早中期治疗过程中的临床疗效和安全性。 探讨中西医结合治疗本病的优势和可行性。方法：本研究收集早中期慢性肾衰竭患 者 50 例，随机分为 2 组，试验组、对照组各 25 例。试验组予西医基础治疗（优质 低蛋白、低磷饮食，控制血压、血糖，纠正水、电解质紊乱及酸碱失衡等），加用 参芪地黄汤。对照组予西医基础治疗，同时口服尿毒清颗粒。治疗三个月后观察临 床症状、体征及实验室检查指标的变化，并对症状及体征进行量化评分，作出疗效 评价。结果：试验组总有效率 76%，显著大于对照组 56% （P0.01 ）。试验组能够 明显改善患者临床症状,其疗效优于对照组（P0.05 ）。试验组治疗后BUN 及 Scr 比 治疗前有明显下降，Ccr 试验组比对照组显著上升，两者具有统计学差异（P0.05 ）。 结论：参芪地黄汤配合西医基础治疗慢性肾衰竭气阴两虚型，能够显著改善患者临 床症状，降低患者的血尿素氮和血肌酐水平，提高内生肌酐清除率，延缓肾功能损 害的进展，临床结果较为满意。 关键词： 参芪地黄汤 ； 慢性肾衰竭 ； 临床疗效 ； Clinical Study on chronic renal failure of Qi- Yin deficiency Syndrome with Shen-qi-di-huang Power Specialty:The study of Kidney Diseases.Internal Medincine of Traditional Chinese Medincine Author:GuoChuanSheng Tutor:Professor Zhang Fa-rong Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect of Shen-qi-di-huang Powder treating chronic renal failure.To explore the advantages and feasibility of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treating idiopathic membranous nephropathy. Methods: 50 patients with early and medial stages of Chronic renal failure were divided into 2 groups at random, each group is 25 cases. The control group were treated with basic medicine and Niao-du-qing ，while the experimental treatment group were treated with basic medicine and Shen-qi-di-huang Powder. The course of treatment is 3 months. We would observe the subjects of laborary examination before and after experiment, recorded the change of patients clinical symptoms, at last observed the curative effects. Results: The obviously effective ratio of Shen-qi-di-huang Powder treating group is 76%, The control group is 56%(P0.01) ；the experimental treatment group can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients ob
