南京林业大学 本科毕业设计（论文） 南京城南科技园综合服务楼设计 学 院： 土木工程学院 专 业： 土木工程（建筑工程） 学 号： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 职 称： 高工 二O一三年 六 月 日摘要 本工程为南京城南科技园综合服务楼设计，采用框架结构体系，主体建筑地下一层，地上六层，地下一层层高3.0，以上各层二到五层层高为3.6，六到七层层高为3.0，屋顶机房层高3.0。拟建筑总面积6300。 本次毕业设计分建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计部分主要依据任务书基本要求进行平面、立面、剖面设计、柱网布置以及构件具体做法，并绘制建筑方案图。结构设计部分，首先，通过PKPM软件建立多层框架计算模型。随后，利用SATWE模块进行结构内力计算并进行配筋计算。接着，对一榀框架、楼梯、基础进行手算设计，并将结果和电算得到的结果进行校核。两者结果相近。最后，利用软件AutoCAD进行施工图的绘制。 关键词：框架结构；建筑设计；结构设计Abstract This project is the design of Nanjing city Comprehensive Service building science and Technology Par, a framework structure system, underground main building, six floors on the ground, underground layer 3 meters, the layer two to five layers high as 3.6 meters, six to seven layers high as 3 meters, square meters. This gradutaion design includes architectural and structural design. For the part of architectural design, the plane, elevation and section design, the column grid arrangment and the building method for the components are completed according to the assignment desires, and the architectural plane is drawn. For the part of structural design, firstly, multi-storey frame model is set up by using the software of PKPM, and then the process of computing the internal force and the calculation of distributed steels of structural is done in the SATWE module. Next, Framework of a Pin, stair and foundation are calculated by hand. It is necessary that the results of internal force calculated by PKPM are checked by hand. The end of two is similar .At last, construction drawings are finished through AutoCAD.
