精品论文 参考文献 贵州省两市区流动人口肺结核治疗管理满意度调查分析 陈再平1 黄玲2 　　（1贵州省疾病预防控制中心结防所 贵州 贵阳 550004） 　　（2贵乌社区卫生服务站 贵州 贵阳 550004） 　　【摘要】 目的：了解流动人口肺结核患者对结防机构提供服务的满意程度。方法：采用随机抽样的方法抽取完成疗程的肺结核病人97例，通过电话采访患者对结防机构在接诊、流程和就医费用等问题的满意度，调查资料采用Epidata3.0软件建立数据库,Excel进行统计分析。结果：患者对结防机构相关服务满意度在73.20%之间，66.67%患者有医务人员督导服药，60.00%患者认为发放补助对完成治疗很有帮助，77.32%患者认为医生宣传的肺结核知识对坚持服药有影响。结论：流动人口肺结核患者对结防机构提供的服务大多是满意的，但服务质量等方面需完善。 　　【关键词】 肺结核；流动人口；调查 　　【中图分类号】R195 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）13-0047-02 　　Satisfaction investigation and analysis of the floating population of tuberculosis treatment management Chen Zaiping. Methods Using random sampling method to select 97 cases completed the courses of pulmonary tuberculosis patients, by telephone interviews with patients on anti bodies in the admissions process and medical costs and other issues of satisfaction, the survey data using epidata3.0 software to establish a database and Excel for statistical analysis. Results In patients with tuberculosis prevention agency related service satisfaction between 73.20%, 66.67% patients with medical personnel supervision medication, 60% patients considered to complete treatment is very helpful to complete treatment, 77.32% patients believe that the doctors knowledge of pulmonary tuberculosis to adhere to medication have influence.
