精品论文 参考文献 超声检查对多发性大动脉炎患者外周血管和心脏病变的诊断 黑龙江大庆油田总医院 黑龙江大庆 163411 　　摘要：目的：探讨超声检查对多发性大动脉炎患者外周血管和心脏病变的诊断。 　　方法：择取2013年1月-2016年2月我院收治的多发性大动脉炎患者38例作为本次研究对象，针对本组全部患者均实施超声检查和病理学诊断，以病理学诊断结果为基础测算超声检查对外周血管病变和心脏病变的诊断准确率。结果：与病理学检查结果相对照，二维超声检查无法检出腹动脉和股动脉发生的病变事件，而多普勒超声检查不仅能够检出腹动脉和股动脉病变，且对其他外周血管病变事件的检出准确率也显著高于二维超声检查。同时，与病理学检查结果相对照，多普勒超声检查对常见心脏病变的诊断准确率均显著高于二维超声检查方法，结论：针对多发性大动脉炎患者实施超声检查，能够实现对外周血管病变、心脏病变事件相对准确的临床诊断。 　　关键词：超声检查；多发性大动脉炎；外周血管；心脏病变 　　Ultrasonography in diagnosis of patients with Takayasus arteritis peripheral vascular and heart disease 　　Wang Hui Zhao Dexia yinghong 　　（General Hospital of Daqing Oil Field，Heilongjiang，Daqing 163411，Heilongjiang） 　　[Abstract]Objective：To investigate the ultrasonic diagnosis of patients with Takayasus arteritis peripheral vascular and heart disease.Methods：selected January 2013 -2016 year in February in our hospital patients with Takayasus arteritis in 38 cases as the research object，according to the group of all patients underwent ultrasound examination and pathological diagnosis，the pathological diagnosis results based on estimates of ultrasound in the diagnosis of peripheral vascular disease and heart disease accuracy.Results：compared with the results of pathological examination，ultrasound examination could not be detected lesions of abdominal artery and femoral artery events occur，and Doppler ultrasound can not only detect the abdominal artery and femoral artery lesions，and detection of other peripheral vascular disease events was significantly higher than the accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound examination.At the same time，compared with the results of pathological examination，Doppler ultrasound examination on the diagnostic accuracy rate of common heart disease were significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound examination method.conclusion：the implementation of ultrasonography in patients with Takayasu arteritis，can achieve peripheral vascular lesions，heart disease clinical diagnostic events relatively accurate.
