SIGNING OF
(SICHUAN PROVINCE ENERGY-EFFICIENT
CITY ROAD LIGHTING REFORM
ENGINEERING PROJECT COOPERATION AGREEMENT)
The Board is pleased to announce that the Project Cooperation Agreement was signed on 25 June 2009
between the Company and (Chengdu City Zhong Jin City
Road Lighting Engineering Company Limited) for the purpose of carrying out energy-efficient city
road lighting reform engineering projects in Chengdu City and the other cities in Sichuan Province.
SIGNING OF THE PROJECT COOPERATION AGREEMENT
On 25 June 2009, the Company entered into the Project Cooperation Agreement with
(Chengdu City Zhong Jin City Road Lighting Engineering Company Limited).
Pursuant to the Project Cooperation Agreement, the Company will cooperate with Zhong Jin for the
purpose of carrying out energy-efficient city road lighting reform engineering projects in Chengdu City
and the other cities in Sichuan Province.
According to the Project Cooperation Agreement, Zhong Jin will be responsible for (i) developing the
market of energy-efficient street lamps in Chengdu City an
