摘要 随着计算机网络技术的不断发长和计算机网络应用的不断普及，办公自动化系统（OA）从最初的汉字输入、字处理、排版变价、查询检索等单机应用软件逐渐发展成为现代化的网络办公系统。 办公自动化(OA)系统可以大幅度提高企业内信息共享、人员协作与业务监控的效率，是企业信息化建设的核心部分。而公文信息的交换更是其中不可或缺的一部分。 本文介绍了一种在J2EE平台下设计并实现公文系统的全过程。通过分析比较流行的动态网页开发技术，结合0A公文流转系统的特点，提出在SSH三框架的基础上使用Eclipse开发工具实现公文交换系统的解决方案。 本文首先阐述了系统的分析和设计采用的相关技术及其特点，其次阐述系统的总体结构与系统的各个功能模块。 关键词：OA，J2EE，StrutsSpring，Hibernate ABSTRACT Along with the calculator network technical develop continuously is applied with the calculator netword continuously universal,transact the automation(OA) from the first Chinese characters importation, word processing,compose type the editor and search the gradual development of inspectional etc. OA(Office Automation) system can increase by a long way the efficiency of Information sharing, team collaboration and business monitoring, which is regarded as the hard-core of the Informatization Building of the Enterprise. Even more the exchange of Documental Information is considered as one slice of indispensable thereinto. This paper introduces all processes about Design and Implementation document system in the J2EE platform. By analyzing and comparing the popular dynamic web development technology, combined OA Document Flow System features, bringing forward achieving document system using of the Eclipse development tool on the basis of the SSH three framework.
