摘要 静态页面新闻发布系统是一个动态生成静态网页的新闻发布系统，系统利用动态网页技术生成静态 HTML 页面的方法。利用这种技术, 网站内容管理人员在添加网页时直接利用后台管理发布程序就把页面存放成 HTML 静态文件, 它有生成页面简单、 快速的优点。这种技术对于访问量大的网站尤其适用, 可以减轻服务器端运行程序和读取数据库的压力, 提高了网站的数据存取效率,生成的静态页面也更利于搜索引擎收录。 经过分析，设计选用 IBM公司主导下的eclipse开发工具和市场上最流行的的Microsoft SqlServer2005数据库。Eclipse集中了开源和商业软件的开发支持的大多数框架， 方便易用， 功能强大，获得了广大开发人员的喜爱。它支持开发调试基于 Spring, Hibernate, Struts, JSF, JPA, EJB, Web Service 等 Java EE 技术的项目。本系统就是采用SSH(Struts、Spring、Hibernate)框架开发实现新闻的录入，新闻模版的设计，新闻静态页面生成任务的创建等功能最终达到新闻静态页面的发布。 关键词： 静态页面，新闻发布系统，Microsoft SqlServer2005，eclipse，SSH ABSTRACT Static page press release system is a dynamically generated static pages of information distribution system, the system technology to generate dynamic pages using static HTML pages of the method.
