摘 要 连锁经营是现在国际上普遍采用的一种企业经营制度。它一方面实现了商业服务活动的规范化和标准化，适应了现代化生产和大批量产品销售的需要，同时也改变了传统的批发零售关系及产销关系，以市场为导向，把生产消费及流通的各个环节有机的结合起来，具有很强的生命力。目前，连锁业的发展出现了大型化及国际化的趋势,并以跨国公司的形式相互融合，行业领域也越来越广泛，成为目前世界上很多国家商业服务的重要组织形式，呈现出极为广阔的发展空间。连锁经营企业在我国国民经济中的地位也越来越重要，如何提高我国连锁经营企业的生存能力和竞争能力，已成为很多人关注的问题。本文介绍了连锁经营的基本理论以及我国连锁经营企业的现状，针对资本运营方面存在的问题提出发展对策。对我国连锁经营企业更好地把握机遇，迅速调整和发展，提升竞争力具有重要的意义。 关键词：连锁经营；资本运营；发展对策；现状；资金 ABSTRACT International chain operation is now widely used in an enterprise operating system.
