 摘 要 生产计划与控制是企业生产管理的重要组成部分，它研究的如何在资源有限的条件下，使企业在既定时间内完成生产任务。中国制造经历了近30年的粗放式发展，如今，在成本上升、全球竞争进一步加剧等形势下，企业的正常经营与转型升级都离不开生产计划与控制。 本文对生产计划与控制的相关理论就行了简洁明了的阐述，并结合江西特种电机有限股份公司的实际情况，根据企业的销售信息对近三年电机产量进行了科学的预测；之后，编制了2012年、2013年和2014年的年度生产计划，确定了各产品系列的生产量，并做出了合理的资源需求计划。接下来，对年度生产计划进一步细化，对YZ系列、YZR系列和YZR-Z系列三种系列的电机编制了切实可行的主生产计划。以型号为YP2315S-4的电机为例，对产品结构和工艺流程进行深入剖析，构建BOM表；在闭环MRP设定完毕主生产计划后，通过对关键工作中心关键词：ABSTRACT Production planning and control is an important part of enterprise production management. It studies how to make the enterprise complete the production task in the given time under the condition of limited resources. Chinese manufacturing has experienced extensive development in the past 30 years, and now, in the rising cost of global competition and further exacerbate the situation, the normal operation and transformation and upgrading of enterprises are separated from the production planning and control. In this paper, the relevant theory of production planning and control, clear and concise exposition, and combined with the actual situation of Jiangxi special motor Co., Ltd., according to the information of the companys sales of motor output in the past three years were scientific prediction; then, the preparation of the 2012, 2013 and 2014. The annual production plan, determine the series of products, production capacity, and make a reasonable resource demand plan. Next, to further refine the annual production plan, the YZ series, YZR series and YZR-Z series of three series of motor developed a practical main production plan. YP2315S-4 motor based on the model, for example, of product structure and process of in-depth analysis and construction of BOM; in closed loop MRP set to complete the master production schedule, through on the preparation of the key work center rough cut capacity planning and material requirements planning. Finally, the application of JSP
