Step 1复习句子的类型
Revise the types of sentences by calling out a sentence type and having a student give an example, i.e. Simple sentence: She was ill .etc .
Step 2 归纳构词法
SB Part 1 的处理
1. Say Look at the sun,(Draw the sun on the Bb.)? What’s the weather like?? Help the students to answer : It’s sunny.
Show the relationship between sun and sunny, Say: Sun is a noun and Sunny is an adjective, but they have the same part sun, So we say they belong to the same family. According these two words, can you give me more examples? Help the students to say:
? T: There are some clouds in the sky.
? S: Cloudy
? T: There’s going to be rain tomorrow.
? S: Rainy
? T: John was a loud voice . He speaks
? S: Loudly
? T: Mary write books, She is a
? S: Writer etc.
2. Part 1 Go through the words. Make sure the students understand the terms noun, adjective, verb, adverb and compound.
3. Put in the missing words and then read loudly together.
SB Part 2 的处理
1 Tell the students BIKE, TV, PHONE, LAB, EXAM, PLANE are all the short form words. Ask students if they still remember their full form. Ask and answer with the class, like this :
?? T: What is bike short for?
?? S: Bicycle is short for bike.
?? T: It means bike is another way of saying bicycle, etc .
2.Write the words on the Bb.
