精品论文 参考文献 鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术40例临床诊疗体会 射阳县人民医院 江苏盐城 224300 摘要：目的：探讨鼻内镜下行鼻中隔偏曲矫正治疗方法、优点及临床诊疗体会。方法：选择2014年1月-2015年12间，在我科就诊的40例鼻中隔偏曲患者为研究对象，并按照就医的先后顺序随机分为两组，观察组（行鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正治疗）与对照组（行传统鼻中隔粘膜下切除术）各20例，主要观察与评价两组患者手术时间、术中出血量及术后疼痛、鼻粘膜完整性、鼻腔通气功能的影响、术后并发症发生率。结果：观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量及术后疼痛、鼻粘膜完整性、鼻腔通气功能的影响、术后并发症发生率均明显好于对照组，组间对应数据比较存在显著差异（plt;0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正治疗手术视野清，操作简便，矫正后的鼻中隔符合正常解剖结构和正常生理功能，对患者创伤轻，并发症少等优点，值得临床推广与运用。 关键词：鼻中隔偏曲矫正术；鼻内镜；疗效评价；诊疗体会 [Abstract]Objective：To explore the endoscopic nasal septum treatment methods，advantages and clinical treatment experience.Methods：select January 2014 and 2015，12，in our department for treatment of 40 cases of nasal septum deviation patients as the research object and medical treatment has the sequence is divided to two groups according to observed group（endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction treatment）and control group（traditional nasal septum mucosa resection），20 cases in each.the operation time，blood loss，postoperative pain，nasal mucosa integrity，nasal ventilation function and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed and evaluated in the two groups.Results：in the observation group patients with operation time，intraoperative hemorrhage volume and postoperative effect of pain，nasal mucosa intact，nasal ventilation function，postoperative complication rate were obviously better than those in the control group and corresponding data between groups compared with the presence of significant differences（P lt; 0.05），with statistical significance.Conclusion：endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction in the treatment of surgical field clear，simple operation，after correction of the nasal septum with normal anatomic structure and physiological function，less trauma patients，fewer complications，worthy of clinical promotion and application.
