信息技术背景下企业集团资金管理模式探析 摘要：本文通过对我国企业集团资金管理的现状及成因的分析，以及对跨国企业集团资金管理的比较研究，在信息技术背景下建立起的我国企业集团资金管理模式，改善我国企业集团资金管理现状，加快经济发展，提出了自己的看法。本文分为五个部分，第一部分对资金管理的内涵、基础、原则和特殊性进行了综合阐述，对资金管理与企业集团财务管理的关系进行了分析。第二部分主要是对国内企业资金管理模式的详尽解释。第三部分主要是对国外跨国企业集团资金管理模式的阐述，并总结可借鉴之处。第四部分对我国企业集团资金管理的现状及成因进行了分析总结，提出加强资金管理的相关举措。第五部分主要是在充分利用现代信息技术，建立资金信息管理网络，利用跨银行现金管理平台（CBS)，实现企业的信息化运营。 Abstract： Based on our enterprise group fund management present situation and the analysis of the causes of multinational enterprise group, and the comparative study of capital management in information technology, under the background of Chinese enterprise group, establish fund management mode, improving our enterprise group fund management status, to speed up the economic development, the author puts forward his own opinions. This paper will be divided into five parts, the first part of capital management connotation, basic principle and particularity, the article makes a comprehensive management of funds, and the financial management of enterprise group is analyzed. The second part is mainly to the domestic enterprise capital management mode of interpretation. The third part is mainly to the foreign multinational enterprise group fund management mode, and can be used for reference. The fourth part of our enterprise group fund management present situation and the causes were analysed, and puts forward the relevant measures to strengthen management of funds.
