医学论文-乳癌术后方对乳腺癌术后5年复发转移率的影响 【摘要】? 观察乳癌术后方对乳腺癌术后患者5年复发转移率的影响。方法：将300例乳腺癌术后患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在西医治疗的同时服用乳癌术后方，对照组采用相同的西医治疗。随访5年，观察乳癌术后方对乳腺癌术后患者5年复发转移率的影响。 结果：除34例因失访而脱落外，对完成5年随访的266例患者进行疗效评价。治疗组5年复发转移率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。患者的淋巴结转移数量、原发肿瘤大小、临床分期及受体状态对乳腺癌术后的复发转移有影响。腋窝淋巴结转移≥4个，原发肿瘤直径＞2 cm，临床Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期，雌激素受体（estrogen receptor, ER）（＋）孕激素受体（progesterone receptor, PR）（＋）和ER（－）PR（－）的患者，治疗组复发转移率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；腋窝淋巴结转移＜4个、原发肿瘤最大直径≤2 cm、临床分期Ⅰ期以及ER（＋）PR（－）和ER（－）PR（＋）的患者，两组复发转移率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。手术方式和年龄对乳腺癌术后的复发转移无明显影响。结论：乳癌术后方能降低乳腺癌术后患者5年复发转移率。 【关键词】? 乳腺癌 复发 转移 乳癌术后方 中医学 ??? Methods: A total of 300 patients with breast cancer were divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Western medicine and RSR, and the patients in the control group were treated only with Western medicine (the same as the treatment group). In the two groups, the 5year recurrence rates after mastectomy in breast cancer were investigated. ??? Results: Thirtyfour breast cancer patients were lost to fiveyear followup during the course of investigation, and 266 breast cancer patients went through the evaluation. The 5year recurrence rate after mastectomy in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The recurrence rate after mastectomy was influenced by positive lymph node, primary breast tumor size, clinical stage, and patients health status. There was significant difference in the 5year recurrence rates between the two groups (P0.05) under the following conditions, such as the positive lymph nodes more than four, the primary breast tumor larger than two centimeters, and in the clinical stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ, estrogen receptor (ER)positive/progesterone receptor (PR)positive and ERnegative/PRnegative. The recurrence rate was not associated with the operation method and age distribution. ??? Conclusion: RSR can reduce the 5year recurrence rate after mastectomy in breast cancer. ???
