医学论文-下肢深静脉血栓形成中西医结合研究述评 【摘要】? 笔者回顾了国内近20年有关下肢深静脉血栓形成的中西医结合研究文献，重点评述了中医辨证论治研究、中医证型诊断和治疗机理研究进展。大量临床研究证明，中西医结合辨证论治综合治疗效果显著，临床治愈与显著好转率在85％左右，总有效率为95％左右。许多学者对中医证型诊断的客观化诊断指标进行了探索，发现血液流变学、血液凝固学、体外血栓形成试验、血管内皮功能等方面指标可作为辨证的客观化指标。有关中医中药治疗机理的研究显示，中药具有降低血液粘度、抗凝、促纤溶、修复血管内皮细胞、扩张血管、增强机体免疫功能、促进组织损伤修复等多方面药理作用。针对目前的研究现状和存在的问题，笔者就今后进一步明确研究目标、提高研究水平、深入中医证型诊断研究和名老中医经验的总结工作以及中医药有效制剂的研发推广等提出了建设性意见。 【关键词】? 血栓形成；中医 ??? 【Abstract】? The writers reviewed the recent 20 years literature about the researches on deep venous thrombosis with integrated medicine of TCM and western medicine,especially comment on the researches on TCM diagnosis and treatment according to the differentiation of symptoms and signs,the researches on clinical diagnostic style of TCM,the researches on the therapeutic mechanism.The therapeutic effect of therapy of integrated medicine is excellent, the clinical cure rate and the significant effective rate is about 85 per cent,the total effective rate is about 95 per cent.Many scholars have invested the diagnostic index of the syndrome types of TCM，found that the index of hemoeheology,blood coagulation,thrombosis test in vitro,vascular endothelial function can be served as the index of? diagnostic index of the syndrome types of TCM.The research on the therapeutic machanism of TCM have revealed that the Chinese medicine can reduce the blood viscosity,resist blood? coagulation,promote fibrinolytic function,repair the vascular endothelial,distend the blood vessel,enhance the immune functions of body,promote the repairment of injured tissues.Based on the present status and the problem of researches,the writers give their constructive suggestions on how to select the research emphasis,improve the research level,improve the research on the syndrome types of TCM,improve the inheritance of? experience of the famous specialists of TCM,and promote the application of effective therapy of TCM. ??? 【Key words】? thrombosis;TCM ??? 下肢深静脉血栓形成是临床上最为常见的肢体静脉血液回流障碍性疾病，近20年来，其防治工作得到了应有的关注和重视，伴随着相关
