第 12卷 第 3期 交 通 运 输 工 程 学 报 Vo1．12 NO．3 2012年 6月 nEngineering Jun．2O12 JournalofTrafficandTransportatio 文章编号 ：1671_1637(2012)03—0092—09 集装箱码头?、昆合交叉作业集成调度模型 陈 超 ，张 哲，曾庆成 (大连海事大学 交通运输管理学院，辽宁 大连 116026) 摘 要：针对集装箱码头进 出口作业 系统中泊位分配、装卸作业、水平搬运等诸多环节之 间的关系， 分析 了现有进 出口作业 系统对集装箱码 头生产效率与运营成本的影响。运用系统工程优化理论 ， 提 出混合交叉作业集成调度方法与同步优化技术，以泊位分配、设备配置、集装箱卡车 (集卡)行驶 路径为决策变量，以集装箱码头最小运营成本为 目标函数 ，建立 了三阶段集成调度优化模型，设计 了双层遗传求解算法。在双层遗传算法中，上层遗传算法用于搜索集装箱码头设施设备的合理配 置组合 ，下层遗传算法在上层算法的基础上优化集卡行驶路径 。计算结果表明：与独立装卸作业过 程相比，使用混合交叉作业集成调度模型时，集卡数量为 22veh，减小了66．2 ，集卡行驶总距 离 为 10389．8km，减 小了l7．4 ；与单独调度方式相比，使用混合交叉作业集成调度模型时，集卡行 驶总距离减小了14．5 ，码 头运营总成本为84266．2元，降低 了4．6 。可见，使用集装箱码头混 合交叉作业集成调度模型，能有效提高集装箱码头生产效率，明显降低运营成本。 关键词：集装箱码 头；集成调度；混合交叉作业 ；泊位分配；设备配置；行驶路径 ；双层遗传算法 中图分类号：U691．3 文献标志码：A Integratedschdeulingmodelofmixedcross-operationforcontainerterminal CHEN Chao，ZHANG Zhe，ZENG Qing—cheng (SchoolofTransportationManagement，DalianMaritimeUniversity，Dalian 116026，Liaoning，China) Abstract：Aiming at the relationsamong several links such as berth distribution， loading operation and unloading operation and horizontalhandling in theimportand exportoperation system ofcontainerterminal，theeffectofexisted importand exportoperation system on the productionefficiencyandoperationcostofcontainerterminalwasanalyzed．Byusingoptimization theoryofsystem engineering，theintegrated schedulingmethodofmixed cross—operation and synchronous optim ization technology were put forward． The berth distribution， equipment configuration and the driving path ofcontainer truck were taken as decision variables，the minimum operationcostofcontainerterminalwastakenasobjectivefunction，3-stageintegrated schedulin
