货物通关效率的模型研究

摘 要：货物通关效率是制约我国港口物流发展的一个关键因素．本文系统地分析了我国海关通关效率的
现状，并通过与发达国家的现状对比，提出了优化通关系统，调整通关结构，简化通关手续的对策·另外，
机变量，，和夙，以在报关单满足率不低于某个百分比的前提下使平均机构设置费用最低为目标建立了优化
模型．该模型使用贪婪算法的思想开发出具体算法．文中以一个实例检验了该模型的正确性和实用性·
