Unit13 Rainy days make me sad SectionB教学案例 一.教学目标 1.语言目标: ①重点单词及短语:pros and cons, aim at, compare, confusing, misleading, quality. ②能读懂课文内容,并从中提取信息和观点。 ③能就“广告的利与弊”这一话题表达自己的观点和看法。 2.能力目标: ①训练学生快速理顺并获取阅读信息的能力,完成围绕课文内容所设计的各种任务,初步掌握快速阅读技巧,能基本表述课文大意? ②在学习中培养学生对阅读信息的筛选和辨别能力,能用英语谈论广告的利与弊,激发学生主动学英语和用英语的积极性。 3.情感态度目标: 通过对广告的优点和缺点的了解与学习,增长学生的见识,培养学生一分为二看待事物的辨证态度。 二、 教学过程 环节1.导入和“热身”活动(Lead-in and warming-up activities) ①Ask two students to give a duty report.如学生节选一段来自The Lion King 的对话: A: Simba! I’m very disappointed in you. B: I know. A: You could have been killed. You deliberately obeyed me. And what’s worse, you put Nala in danger. B: I was just trying to be brave like you.
